Terri Delaney is an educator as well as a life-long learner. Her approach to teaching relational skills is the result of two decades of training. Her passion is healing relational trauma and helping people to learn functional relationship skills. She looks at all levels of relationships, including developmental, generational, familial, and historical.

Terri trained with Juliane Taylor Shore in the Self Trust and Integrated Resilience (STAIR) Method, a neurobiologically informed approach, and trained with Dick Schwartz in Internal Family Systems (IFS). For relationship work, she is a certified Relational Life Coach and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) therapist. She also trained with Pia Mellody in treating developmental trauma. Terri is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® utilizing somatic skills and polyvagal theory to help heal post-traumatic stress and threat responses. She also studies Vipassana Meditation and participates in a weekly consciousness raising group to heal racialized trauma and challenge white supremacy.

Terri is married to her partner of more than 27 years, and together they are raising a wonderful daughter and an energetic rescue dog (part husky, beagle and pug).

She is excited to share her knowledge and learning experiences with you!
